What is the Product Warranty of Coolicool.com?
Coolicool.com chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included.
We have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you.
Different categories products have different warranty.
Tablet PC ,Mobile phone, Camera, and Computer (laptop) are covered by 15 days WARRANTY for replacement and 12 months warranty for repair as of delivery date. Delivery date here means the shipping date .Other products are covered by 30 days WARRANTY for refund or replacement.
Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under Coolicool warranty:

Items missed completely or partially from an order
2. Wrong Product Received
Product that is completely different from Coolicool web description
3. Verified Functional Failure
Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc.
4. Customer Induced Damage
Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.
5. (Defect) Can Not Duplicate
Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by Coolicool engineer upon receiving.
6. Out Of Warranty
Product that exceeds the warranty period
7. Non-Authorization Return
Customer returns the products without Coolicool authorization (RMA Approval)
8. Warranty Period
A period which is defined as “From the shipping date on Coolicool web) to the RMA application date”.

Terms of After-Sales Service for Online Products

But the customer has to pay the freight. Guarantee period start once customer receives the product.
Customer receives wrong products and defected products, products are left out during delivery. all products(Except for clearance products and second-hand products) 1-15 days Resend(1-15 days) a product or refund(1-7 days) to customer (cell phone/ tablet) after receiving the returned product and the company pays round-trip freight. (The customer sends the defective product back to China by registered air mail, for which $15 at most or a coupon will be reimbursed. The customer shall pay the customs clearance fees incurred if the customer sends back the product by Express Delivery and has to charge for customs clearance fees.)
(Customer shall be suggested to open the parcel and examine the product immediately after receiving it. If the product is damaged, customer should refuse to sign for the product and demand a documentary evidence of logistics damage. Then response to the Customer Service without delay for sales return or exchange.)
1.If something is wrong with the hardware, ask the customer to provide picture or video to our Customer Serivce, return or exchange of the product can be allowed; if the software does not work, contact our service for help.
2. We usually re-send the product by registered air mail; if you would prefer to express delivery, you shall pay the customs fee.
poor functionality cell phone/ tablet 16-365 days Domestic Maintenance: (Except for several products appointed to be maintained overseas, all products shall be sent back to China for maintenance.)
16-45 days: The customer shall send the defective product to China for maintenance and the company will deliver it back after maintenance. The company pays the shipping back cost from our side to your side. A coupon would be conpensated as the returned freight.
45-365 days: The customer returns the defective product to China and the company sends it back to the customer after maintenance. We are not responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.

Problems caused by customers All products(Except for clearance products and second-hand products) /

1.If the screen is broken, customers pay the maintenance costs . If the screen is OK, but there are dysfunction, touch failures and other quality problems, we bear the maintenance costs.

2. We do not recommend the customer to dismantle , flash, root (etc) the phone privately .We are not liable to you for free repairs if you failed to comply with this requirement. (Except the problem is come from our Customer service ‘s guide)

NOTE: Clearance products and Second-hand products are no warranty & no return and no replacement.

Return Policy

15 Days Replacement Instructions:

1. Coolicool only provides the replacement for the same models (except accessories), replacement time starts from the day of receipt.

2. The malfunction should be declared veritably. If it is a hidden fault, customers should leave the phone at our after-sales center for testing. If the fault is found, a replacement will be given (no wear and tear).

3. No replacement for this kind of problem: If it is just a software failure, a common issue for the new models can be repaired through the new system updated.

4. No replacement and warranty for the phone LCD screen which appears 1-3 dead points or light spots. A replacement will be given if the phone appears above 3 dead points or light spots(only for non-human caused phones).

5. The phone with wear and scratches should be replaced at a discount. No replacement for the heavy wear, scratches phones.

6. No replacement for this kind of phone :missing warranty card(If there is warranty card) , damaged tag or falling tag caused by man.( Except no warranty card for the original phone )

7. If there are quality problems(non-human factors) for headset, charger, data cable, battery, memory card which packed with the phone together, can be replaced within one month. Free gifts can't enjoy the replacement and warranty service if there are no special introductions.

One Year Warranty :

1. If the quality of phones caused by the software or hardware failure , can enjoy free warranty service. One year hardware warranty, free software upgrades for all life.

2. Coolicool doesn't provide warranty service for man-made damaged, broken , waterlogged, moist, self-reset or self-disassembled mobile phones. No warranty or replacement for the external parts , such as phone cases, damaged or paint chips keys and other consumable parts.

3. The fee will be charged in these kinds of situations : Phone label is damaged, sales receipt does not match the phone, self-upgrades or flashing the phone information result in an unbootable system or the change of language.

4. After the warranty period, Coolicool provides maintenance, only charge the cost of the relevant the phone parts.

Maintenance Instructions:

1. Customers should backup data on the mobile phones and memory cards before sending the phone to our after-sales center .After-sales center is not responsible for any information loss during the processing of maintenance .

2. After-sales center will don't offer the service if there are risks to clear the foreign bodies, dust, spots or light-spots in the screen of used phones.
